Items are gently used/pre-loved and have been checked for blemishes prior to packing. Items may arrive wrinkled. Expect condition similar to your thrifted inventory. Flaws you may find include, but are not limited to:

footbeds that show wear or imprints
scuffs
need replacement heel taps
wear on soles, toes or heels

These items are sustainably hand sorted from thousands of pre-loved garments. Fulfillment of second hand packs takes longer due to this. Thank you for your patience as we work together to reduce textile waste.

Our secondhand packs and pallets are hand sorted to help prevent textile waste and give you a better selection of brands. Our warehouse staff hand sort through thousands of pieces of secondhand items to bring you the brands you know and love.

Because this is more time intensive, our secondhand items have a 28 business day fulfillment time frame currently. Orders placed for other categories of packs after your order for secondhand items may ship sooner.

We make every effort to ensure you are thrilled with your purchase from Jomar Wholesale. Please read our return/refund policy if you have questions.

It's typical that liquidation/wholesale companies have items with sensor tags still attached. You may purchase a sensor remover on Amazon to remove most typical security tags.

All lots may occasionally have a variance in advertised gender i.e. woman's lot may include a unisex, men's or child's piece. No refunds are given for this.

All items sold from Jomar Wholesale have been in a retail or warehouse environment and in pallets and skids, packed tightly with other apparel. Items may arrive wrinkled after shipment. This is expected.

FLAWED ITEMS

All items are quality checked by our warehouse team prior to shipment but due to most of our packs being Second Hand/Preloved you should expect to receive some flaws and worn garments. For all Shoes, Accessories and Bag packs please refer to their individual listings for a list of expected flaws/defects. A lot of items (including NWT packs) will need a bit of caring and fixing. Please expect to find flaws such as:

Missing/loose buttons
Washable/minor stains
Small holes and sewable rips
Snags and piling
Deodorant/makeup smudges
Wrinkles
Undone hems

Please note some packs advertise a 15% flaw rate (found in the listings description). We do not offer compensation for flaws found within this percentage. Be advised that the 15% flaw rate does not include flaws that are expected as listed above.

Items that are new with tag or new without tag may still have signs of use as most are customer returns/shelf pulls and have been in a retail environment. We do not offer refunds for items with makeup smears, deodorant, wrinkles etc that are NWT/NWOT and listed as customer returns as this is expected.

We provide the brands for you, but not every item may be immediately ready to list and may require some TLC.
